More than a hotel, La Torre dei Canonici is a fifteenth-century Charming Residence in the Novara countryside, about 35 minutes from Rho Fiera along the A4 motorway. For fair-goers our regular rates apply, with breakfast included and optional on-site parking at €10 per car per night, in the quiet of the rice fields rather than in city traffic.

Around 35 minutes by car from the Residence to Rho Fiera via the Novara ring road and the A4. This is an estimate and varies with traffic and access to your chosen car park.

The route to Rho Fiera follows the A4 towards Milan. Follow signs to the exhibition grounds and check the current route to the car park or entrance shown on your pass.

When the fair opens, traffic and queues at the car parks can increase journey times. Check the route before setting off and allow extra time before your appointment.

Allianz MiCo is in CityLife, Milan. Allow around 50 minutes by car from the Residence, depending on traffic. Check the current route to your appointment; Rho Fiera and Allianz MiCo are different locations.

On-site parking with video surveillance is optional and costs €10 per car per night. Alternatively, you may park free of charge along the adjacent streets. Existing bookings retain their agreed conditions, including parking where already included. Parking at Rho Fiera is separate. Please tell us the dimensions of any oversized vehicle.

The Residence has no internal restaurant, but on request we can arrange a light dinner for late returns, at an extra charge. Let us know your preference when you book.

Standard check-out is by noon. For those staying at the pavilion until the fair closes or with an evening flight, late check-out until 3 p.m. is granted on request, subject to Room availability the next day. To be arranged with reception when booking or on arrival.

For several rooms over several consecutive nights, reception will check the 10% discount against the conditions for your dates. Reception applies it to proposals arranged by contacting us directly; the online booking system does not apply it. Send your dates, room count and guest count so we can confirm availability and conditions.

On request we arrange shuttle service from and to Malpensa (~40 min), Linate (~50 min) and Novara FS station. The service is provided by a trusted partner. Tell us your flight or train number and arrival time: we will be there.

Yes. The nine flagship weeks shown above are the ones with highest demand, but the conditions reserved for professionals apply to every Fiera Milano or Allianz MiCo show. You can find the extended list in the full calendar; for any fair not listed, write to us anyway, we will reply in the same way.

Yes. Every Room is covered by high-speed wi-fi, free of charge, suitable for HD video calls, screen sharing and large file transfers. Coverage also reaches the Old Mill meeting rooms and common areas.

The Residence Spa is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., on reservation with at least one day’s notice. Rates: euro 35 per person for the half day, euro 70 for the full day.

Yes. The Old Mill rooms accommodate meetings up to forty people in theatre layout, twelve at the board table. Wi-fi, projector, LG interactive touch board, audio system with microphones. See the business page for details.
