By car, about thirty-five minutes from our courtyard to the door of the pavilions: a brief stretch of the Novara ring road, always free-flowing, then A4 Turin-Milan motorway to the dedicated «Rho Fiera» exit. You do not cross Milan, you do not face Milan’s congested ring road, you do not deal with urban traffic. By train, ten minutes by taxi to Novara FS, then twenty-five minutes of regional train to Rho Fiera.

Yes. On the A4 Turin-Milan, at the level of the fair complex, there is a motorway exit literally called «Rho Fiera», built to serve Fieramilano. Motorway signs are explicit, you cannot miss the turn. From our courtyard to the off-ramp: a brief stretch of the Novara ring road (always free-flowing), then thirty kilometres of motorway. Never a Milan city street.

Thirty-five to forty minutes, even on peak days. The route is nearly entirely on the motorway (short free-flowing Novara ring road + A4 + «Rho Fiera» exit) and is not affected by Milan’s city traffic. Those staying in central Milan (Brera, Centrale, Duomo) instead need to factor in the western ring road plus ordinary city roads, with times that during the major fairs often exceed sixty minutes.

Allianz MiCo hosts Salone del Risparmio, miart, BIT, Sì Sposaitalia, SMAU and other events. About fifty minutes by car from Lumellogno; by train, thirty minutes to Milano Centrale and then seven stops of M5 metro to Tre Torri, directly opposite the convention centre.

The internal car park is large, open-air and under video surveillance. €10 per night per car. It comfortably accommodates the cars of all guests. No vehicle size restrictions for those travelling with sample cases or bulky materials.

The Residence has no internal restaurant, but on request we can arrange a light dinner for late returns. Let us know your preference when you book.

Standard check-out is by noon. For those staying at the pavilion until the fair closes or with an evening flight, late check-out until 3 p.m. is granted on request, subject to Room availability the next day. To be arranged with reception when booking or on arrival.

For bookings of multiple Rooms and consecutive nights we apply a ten per cent discount. For groups of six Rooms or more, you can book one of the Residence buildings (Torre or Antico Mulino) exclusively, ensuring continuity of stay and complete privacy.

On request we arrange shuttle service from and to Malpensa (~30 min), Linate (~50 min) and Novara FS station. The service is provided by a trusted partner. Tell us your flight or train number and arrival time: we will be there.

Yes. The nine flagship weeks shown above are the ones with highest demand, but the conditions reserved for professionals apply to every Fiera Milano or Allianz MiCo show. You can find the extended list in the full calendar; for any fair not listed, write to us anyway, we will reply in the same way.

Yes. Every Room is covered by high-speed wi-fi, free of charge, suitable for HD video calls, screen sharing and large file transfers. Coverage also reaches the Old Mill meeting rooms and common areas.

The Residence Spa is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., on reservation with at least one day’s notice. For guests staying with us, access can be booked at check-in. Rates: euro 35 per person for the half day, euro 70 for the full day.

Yes. The Old Mill rooms accommodate meetings up to forty people in theatre layout, twelve at the board table. Wi-fi, projector, LG interactive touch board, audio system with microphones. See the business page for details.
